Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Leverage your extensive network in the fintech space, as well as among merchants and retailers, to identify and secure strategic partnerships and high-value accounts.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and industry influencers.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
Implement and optimize sales processes, including the use of modern CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
Forecast sales, set targets, and report on key metrics to the executive team.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Represent us at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings.
