Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our institution's human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR functions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including handling correspondence and maintaining employee records.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
Recruitment & Onboarding:Post job advertisements and coordinate the hiring process.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support HR in implementing employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Benefits:Assist in preparing payroll data and managing employee benefits administration.
Compliance & Policies:Ensure HR practices comply with institutional policies and legal requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Performance Management:Support the HR team in performance appraisal processes.
Maintain performance review records.
Training & Development:Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
Track employee participation in development programs.

Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR support role is an advantage.
Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
