Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
This position involves working closely with HR teams, IT specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities HR Process Analysis and Optimization Evaluate existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine HR workflows.
Recommend and implement best practices for HR operations.
System Implementation and Configuration Lead or support the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or other HR technology platforms.
Configure systems to meet business needs, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits modules.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Project Management Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR technology initiatives.
Coordinate between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Training and Support Train HR teams and end-users on system functionalities and updates.
Create user manuals, training materials, and support documentation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
Data Management and Reporting Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
Develop and generate custom reports to meet organizational needs.
Support HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Compliance and Security Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data privacy.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
Project management experience, with PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills Experience with data visualization tools.
Knowledge of cloud-based HR solutions and integrations.
Familiarity with HR policies and legal regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
