Key duties and responsibilities:Assist the Regional HRBP in assessing and managing employee HR related issuesContribute to supporting local Country management with the employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, disciplinary actions and offboarding processesCollaborate with the Regional HRBP to build and maintain all HR administrative processes and toolsSupport the HRBP in management and implementation of established HR strategies, policies and practices and may provide policy clarification and annual process implementationEnsure proper records maintenance and reporting as neededResponsible and accountable for day-to-day HR transactions and activitiesServes as point of contact in case of HR Audit under the oversight of Regional HRBPAssist in planning and coordinating HR projectsCollaborate with the HR team to identify needs, develop project plans, and establish timelinesSupport the implementation of HR projects and ensure they are completed on timeHandle HR project tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and tracking project milestonesCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaborationAssist in the preparation and presentation of project status reports to HR managementSupport in resolving any issues and problems encountered in HR projectsContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and proceduresRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fieldMinimum 4 years of HR administration experienceHR Project Management/Project Management experience will be an added advantageFlexibility to work within multiple time zones and multiple teams across the continentGood problem solving, bridge building, and interpersonal skillsCapacity to work autonomously and to remotely support teams in different cities and/or countriesComfortable managing in a flexible and changing environment, with ability to be ready to adjust plans and direction in response to feedbackSelf-starter, proactive with a high sense of urgencyProficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, HRIS, and DatabasesExcellent oral and written English communication skillsKnowledge of local labor laws and HR best practiceDetailed with excellent organizational skills
