QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline, from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of relevant in Human Resource and Administration experience as a HR generalist.
Vast knowledge of the Kenyan Labour Laws and disciplinary procedures
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems, particularly in real-time remote work monitoring tools.
Professional Membership (IHRM) and CHRP Certification will be an added advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Kenyan labor laws. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
Spearhead performance management initiatives and improvement plans.
Oversee training and development programs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, facilitating positive employee experiences during onboarding and offboarding.
Provide strategic HR support for organizational goals.
Present HR-related reports and analytics to management.
