Human Resource Assistant At Othaya Mukurweni Water Services

Key Responsibilities
Maintain updated staff records in an accurate and timely manner and ensure their safe custody
Compile, review, inform, monitor and maintain annual staff leave schedule.
Implementation of the various acts and laws relating to staff
Assisting in payroll administration
Assisting in preparing human resources data for future recruitment and performance appraisal.
Assist in filing of office documents and coordinate office file movements.
Assist in preparing the human resource and administration budget components for the company.
Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively by ensuring proper setup of the meeting venues and
reorganization of the venues, staff team building and outdoor and sports activities.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications
A diploma in human resources management.
Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
At least 3 years relevant-HR related work experience after graduation.
Good Planning, interpersonal, Communication and Reporting Skills
