ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Recruitment: Assisting with the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing background checks
Record maintenance: Maintaining employee databases, tracking attendance and leaves, and processing employee documentation
Payroll: Assisting with payroll processing, including ensuring timely salary payments and filing statutory returns
Policy formulation: Assisting with formulating policies and procedures, and communicating updates to employees
Employee support: Providing clerical support to office staff, and serving as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or issues
Compliance: Ensuring HR records and procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies
Orientation: Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
Termination: Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Certified Human Resource Professional qualification (CHRP).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR-related position
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of labour laws and government regulations that concern workplaces and employment matters.
Thorough understanding of human resource practices and industry trends.
Ability to manage deadlines and stressful situations.
Attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated individual.
