REF: EAI/REC/HRO/0424-007Qualification:Bachelors/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management /Administration, Public Administration,Experience:1 – 3yearsResponsibilities and duties;Front office customer serviceEnsures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.Follow-up with potential clients and partners, inquiries, walk-ins etc.TelemarketingPublicize the Institute's activities and events to students and staff.Conduct customer surveys and report on the customer satisfaction feedback.Engage in Digital Marketing, Social media Marketing, Public relations.Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.Updating databases (client details, partner details etc.)Prepares customer service summary reports.Any other duty as will be assigned from to you by your immediate supervisor/ Management.
