Throughout their internship, projects are likely to be at different stages from long-term planning to on-the-ground overseeing of delivery.
This will allow the Intern to have a well-rounded experience in project management at different stages of a project lifecycle.
Roles and responsibilities: Take part in managing all partnership-driven implementation efforts.  Take part in guidance and customer support provision to Shamiri partners throughout implementation of the Shamiri program.    Participate in sustaining and enhancing relationships with existing partners and cultivate relationships with potential new partners.   Participate in formulating and executing project plans, including resource allocation, timeline, and budget.  Participate in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.  Participate in developing Shamiri program packages and marketing materials to guide partner implementation.  Participate in the recruitment process for various roles, including planning, application processing, and recruitment material preparation.  Take part in the development of implementation and recruitment reports and consumable decks as per the organization's standards.  Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to develop recruitment-related budgets, operation plans, and Gantt charts for the programs department.  Provide implementation support for Shamiri programs in line with the Organization's strategic plan.  Participate in training, workshops, and supervision sessions organized by the Service Delivery Team or the Shamiri Institute.  Take part in any other duties allocated as deemed appropriate to the Supervisor.  Who we're looking for: We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a passion for mental health who is ready to engage in different aspects of research.
