Junior Finance Operations Analyst – Kenya At Glovo

THE JOURNEY
Be responsible for payments to suppliers, partners and couriers
Ensure accurate weekly treasury forecasts
Be there for the Partners when they need support, taking ownership of their requests and reconciliations
Support account managers on finance relationship with partners
Be the link between HQ Finance and Local teams
Maintenance and analysis of business reports and information to aid in the basic decision-making process, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning the flow
Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics
Obsession with process improvement, always searching for opportunities to optimize the current status-quo
Be a creative problem solver

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Have previous experience in fast paced environment
Minimum 2 years' experience in finance operation roles
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or related field
Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and Data Interpretation Skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communicator with the ability and agility to solve problems
Highly organized and able to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines

Fluent in English
