As part of M-KOPA's legal team, you'll lead the provision of essential corporate and commercial legal guidance across the organization. Acting as both a key contributor and proactive organizer, you'll facilitate high-quality document management, research, and compliance support.
Through maintaining statutory records, managing corporate due diligence disclosures, and overseeing shared document platforms, you'll ensure seamless and efficient legal operations, contributing to the team's success and our organization's compliance across all jurisdictions."

This is a hybrid role, you would be working from our offices in Nairobi, Kenya partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal.
