Key Responsibilities:
Process Documentation and Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Documentation: Develop comprehensive and clear SOPs for all aspects of kombucha production.
Cost Reduction: Conduct a thorough analysis of current operational costs.
Staff Optimization: Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
Capacity Expansion Planning: Develop a strategic plan to scale manufacturing capacity.
Production Process Automation: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control processes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assembly Bottling and Canning Line Setup: Design and establish an efficient assembly bottling line and canning line.
Plant Layout Design and Implementation: Design optimal plant layouts to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance and Upgrades: Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for all production equipment.
Production Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Lean Manufacturing Practices: Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency.
