Legal Officer I - 2 Posts At County Assembly Of Kilifi

Duties and Responsibilities ,
Duties and responsibilities will entail: -
Advise on legal policy issues;
Represent the County in court;
Prepare contract documents and negotiations;
Provide technical support to the County departments;
Prepare legal opinions;
Undertake law reviews;
Legislative drafting; and
Any other duty assigned.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-
Be a Kenyan Citizen;
Bachelors of Laws (LL. B) degree from a recognized institution;
Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law;
Been admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya,
Valid practicing license; and
Proficiency in Computer applications.
