Then why not come and join us at the Radisson Hotel Group to Make Every Moment Matter! where our guests can relax and enjoy the experience!The role is far more than just changing a light bulb, in property maintenance we are committed not only to ensuring that everything works as it should but where we strive to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation – creating memorable moments for our guests.As Maintenance Technician, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!Interested then why not say Yes I Can! as we are looking for passionate people just like you!Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment including motors and motor controls, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and emergency generators.Attends to repair and maintenance of transformers and electrical low-tension panels.Attends to electrical and ancillaries installations such as audio/video cables, computer cables and HVAC systems.Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the hotel premises, including any new additional/extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel.Responds to a guest maintenance request within 15 minutes on receipt of the same.Ensures that the supplied uniform is clean and in good repair. Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest or public areas.Ensures that the plant room, workshop and related areas are kept clean and tidy condition.Observes prescribed safety standards. Helps maintain safe conditions for self and others.Ensure all machines in operation conform to safety regulations as per Factories Act.Ensure team uses protective equipment and clothing at all times.Replacing all the burnt out bulbs within the premisesInspection of all public areas for any electric faults against the checklistsCarry out minor electrical installation within the buildingService and repair of electrical equipmentGuest room's maintenancePerform the tasks as assigned by the supervisor feed back to the supervisor or the Assistant EngineerTest the generator weekly and avail the report to the Asst. EngineerCarry out preventive maintenance as per scheduleEnsure that the uniforms are clean especially when in guest contact areasTakes a daily record of all the electrical meters reading and submit to plant room technician for preparation of daily utility reportEnsures all hazardous installations/ equipment are isolated, warning signs indicating e.g. Out of order, Do not operate are in place.Ensuring that all machine rooms and workshops are clean and safe from live electrical and other dangerous equipmentEnsure cleanliness of Electrical distribution board for room & workshopsComply with all systems and procedures as laid down by Chief EngineerPerforms related duties and special projects as assigned.
