Tasks
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into market conditions, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, and behaviors to help develop marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to provide data-driven insights.
Design and implement research methodologies.
Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research techniques and data interpretation.
Defining the scope and viability of new projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Market Research Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong knowledge of statistical tools and methodologies
Experience in the construction Industry.Knowledge and Skills:
Familiar with the Kenyan construction market
Well versed with global trends in the construction industry.
Willingness to support in other fields during establishment of Business.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced worksite environment.
Fluent in English and Kiswahili (Spoken, Written)
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read schedules and scheduling cures/reports.
