What we are looking for We are looking for Marketing Director who will drive our brand positioning, marketing strategy and any campaigns to reach and engage our target audiences.
You will also manage a small, passionate team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, tech and business development.
You will have overall responsibility for the marketing budget and report directly to the CEO.
What does the job involve Come up with a comprehensive marketing strategy based on deep insights into pain points of Mums, our current offerings, the competitive landscape and the overall company strategy Manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize ROI Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with overall company goals Lead and mentor a team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing Qualifications You're passionate about empowering women and families.
You have been a driver of strong growth in the past.
Healthcare and/or startup experience are a plus.
You are able to elaborate a coherent marketing strategy, incl.
target KPIs and budget and able to break this plan down into digestible initiatives and campaigns.
You are a fast executor, supporting your team hands-on.
You are constantly testing and pushing initiatives that yield maximum impact.
You have experience managing a small team and enjoy collaborating closely with other functions.
You are a strong motivator and communicator.
You're driven by ambition and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
