Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with BTN's business objectives.
Create annual marketing plans with a focus on IT products and telecom services.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Brand Management
Enhance BTN's brand awareness and reputation in the market.
Oversee the development of all marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Oversee content creation for blogs, posts etc to showcase BTN's expertise in IT solutions.
Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Develop targeted campaigns to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Event Management and Partnerships
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to create co-marketing opportunities.
Team Management and Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and HR to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Budgeting and Reporting
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI for all campaigns.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum Previous Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or telecom industry.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
