Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned marketing manager to play a pivotal role in shaping Safi Organics' market positioning and growth. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in developing comprehensive marketing plans,identifying target markets, and designing campaigns to effectively reach farmers and agricultural stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive marketing plans to position Safi Organics as a leading organic fertilizer in the market.Identify target markets and design campaigns to reach farmers and stakeholders.Leverage product offerings and sustainability focus to enhance brand visibility.Build channel partnerships and develop strategies for in-store demand generation.Analyze market trends and competitor activities.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.More than 5 years of proven experience in senior marketing roles in the agricultural sector.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and excellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.A demonstrated understanding of various marketing strategies and channels in Kenya's agricultural sector.Demonstrated networks and ability to build and manage strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
