Product Promotion and Sales
Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors, pharmacists) to promote the company's products and services.
Present product information, benefits, and research data to healthcare providers.
Work with marketing and Business Development teams to execute promotional campaigns in targeted areas
Relationship Building
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
Provide timely follow-ups, respond to queries, and offer product support to build trust and loyalty.
Gather insights from healthcare professionals to understand their needs and adapt communication accordingly.
Market Analysis and Strategy
Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in assigned territories.
Participate in regular meetings with the Business Development team to share insights and refine sales approaches.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales performance, and customer information.
Prepare and submit sales reports, feedback on customer satisfaction, and any issues related to the product.
Keep up to date with new products, treatments, and research in the pharmaceutical industry
Compliance and Ethical Practices
Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Ensure compliance with laws governing pharmaceutical sales and maintain transparency in communications with healthcare professionals.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
Bachelor's degree in a HealthCare related field like Pharmacy, Nursing, health sciences, or a related field
Diploma Level graduates in pharmaceutical technology, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, or related health sciences will be considered
Must have a Valid Pharmaceutical Representative Permit issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare is advantageous, but entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications may be considered
