Your ResponsibilitiesManaging projects in close collaboration with Voluntas colleagues and external partnersParticipating in methodology design (including scoping, sampling, instrument development, and analytical frameworks)Leading log frame reviews, monitoring activities, research, analysis, and reportingDrafting and presenting clear policy and/or program recommendations for high-level clientsActing as a focal point with our local partners and key stakeholdersSupporting the coordination of data collectionSupporting business developmentSupporting and mentoring junior staff based across different officesCarrying out field visits to project activities and participate in field meetings with partnersMain CompetenciesIntellectual curiosity and inquisitivenessStrong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsResults- and quality-oriented mindsetHigh level of personal initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently as well as within a teamExcellent written and spoken English.
