The overall purpose of the role is to support the creative team in designing and producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. You will also collaborate with the marketing and communication team on implementing marketing campaigns and enhancing Riana Group's brand presence through various forms of multimedia content such as digital banners, short videos, audio, print and branding collateral.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graphic Design for Digital Media: Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms ( X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok etc.), websites, emails and marketing collateral ensuring consistency across all channels.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to develop creative concepts for promotions, campaigns and other design projects.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all designs reflect the company's branding standards, contributing to a cohesive visual identity across all media.
Video Content Creation: Produce short-form videos for social media platforms that align with the brand's tone and message. This includes editing, and creating visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Design Drafts and Revisions: Produce initial design drafts and make revisions based on team feedback.
Software Utilization: Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or Canva to create high-quality designs that meet the project specifications.
Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks to deliver quality designs that align with project timelines and goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Software Proficiency: Proven skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and seek guidance where needed.
Team collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and deliver high-quality designs within the set project timeframes.
Creativity and Originality: A creative thinker with a passion for visual design and a desire to constantly learn and improve.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Previous experience in a design role (internship or freelance) is a plus.
