Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Plans, organizes, and oversees the entire operation staff.
Provides leadership to employees to ensure effective resource utilization for the organization.
Performance and Compliance:
Analyzes and resolves operational performance deficiencies.
Recommends and assists in defining policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensures the department\'s capital needs align with strategic goals.
Staff Management:
Oversees the training, evaluation, development, and discipline of staff.
Ensures staff compliance with company policies, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
Quality Control and Risk Management:
Responsible for quality control of production, postings, bulletins, construction, maintenance, and repairs.
Designs and implements risk mitigation plans.
Conducts project reviews and creates detailed reports for executive staff.
Collaboration and Improvement:
Works with the Corporate Director of Operations to address deficiencies.
Optimizes and improves processes and overall approach where necessary.
Asset and Budget Management:
Protects company assets and maintains cleanliness of company property.
Monitors activities and expenses related to the capital budget.
Set departmental goals .
Safety and Compliance:
Ensures a safe work environment.
Ensures employees adhere to all policies and guidelines without exception.
Travel and Additional Duties:
Travels as required.
Performs other functions as assigned by the General Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/diploma in operations management or a related field.
2-3years of operational management experience.
Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
