Key Responsibilities: Conduct Comprehensive Eye Examinations: Perform thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, binocular vision, and eye health. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to evaluate and diagnose ocular conditions. Prescribe Corrective Lenses: Determine appropriate eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions based on examination results. Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frame selections that meet their visual requirements and lifestyle. Provide Expert Advice: Offer professional guidance on maintaining optimal eye health and preventing vision-related issues. Address customer concerns and questions regarding eye care, eyewear, and related products. Maintain Accurate Records: Document examination findings, prescriptions, and other relevant information accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with the Retail Team: Work closely with retail associates to ensure a seamless customer experience, including helping customers select frames, lenses, and other eyewear products. Provide input on inventory selection based on customer trends and needs. Customer Service Excellence: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.
