Key Purpose StatementTo Coordinate and lead the members of the shift team in performing the activities necessary in the execution of the shift production schedule, packaging in an optimal and timely manner and making adjustments as needs arise.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoach and assist the members of the shift team in the correct execution of their work activitiesDrive performance management practicesManage immediate material availabilityManage human resource availabilityTrain, ensure discipline and perform shift administrative tasksLead the development of the team goals, performance targets and shift budgetsCarry out performance reviews and one on onesLead the daily shift meetings and ensure that shift hand over interactions are taking placeIdentify the need for updating of work instructionsEnsure taht the process area complies to GMP and 5S standardsSkills, Experience & EducationExperienceMinimum of 3 years experience in an FMCG environmentKnowledge of production processes and aspects of packagingWork with minimal supervisionEducationDegree in Food Science/mechanical/electrical engineering
