Part-Time/Consultant Hr Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team on a part-time or consultancy basis in Nairobi, Kenya.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and operational expertise to support our organization's human resources needs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace issues.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Policy and Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Kenyan labor laws.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching as needed.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
Promote a culture of continuous learning.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration (if required).
Key Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, SABPP) are an advantage.
Experience: 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a consultancy or part-time capacity.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Working Hours: This is a part-time/consultant role with flexible working hours.
The exact schedule will be determined based on mutual agreement.
