Job DescriptionThe role holder will be tasked to ensure accurate and timely processing of employees payroll (Local & expatriate payrolls) , payroll reconciliations , ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, people risk management , payroll reporting and maintaining payroll records.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification:First DegreeField of Study:Commerce, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration Preferred:Certified Human Resources Professional Experience RequiredPeople & Culture3-4 yearsKnowledge of and exposure to payroll processes, reporting and management of payroll records Additional InformationBehavioral Competencies:Adopting Practical ApproachesArticulating InformationChallenging IdeasChecking DetailsDeveloping ExpertiseTechnical Competencies:Strong MIS skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to handle multicurrency payrolls
