Job DescriptionOur client s chemical manufacturing company is seeking to fill the role f a Plant Engineer The sucess full candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficient operations of equipment and machinery, as well as the care of Ammonia and Glycol plant and support equipment, through the direction of a technical support team made up of foreman, technicians and artisans, and contractors; while maintaining a strong safety and environmental compliance focus.Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure critical facility and equipment availability and champion maintenancecome up with proactive critical equipment operational mesures In charge of compiling and implementation of Capital and operational budget Mananage Projects implementation, Design & plan for plant modifications & implenentationSupplier Management: Financial control and payment of suppliersReporting commissioningMonitor and maintain Health and safety systems Ensure compliance and Environmental impact is monitored Ensure Risk control program and security systems are managedChampion ISO auditsCompiling maintenance and operational budgetsPeople ManagementMinimum RequirementsMasters' Degree in a relevant fieldDegree in Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical or related fields 12+ years related experience as a Plant/Facility Engineer in a large and busy in Manufacturing plant with at least 5+ years' experience in energy management with ability to develop measurement and verificationCertifications in Facilities management/EDGE/LEED AssociateEBK MembershipEPRA CertificationProject Management Certification
