Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and keep proper consumer records
Filing of consumer files and updating
Maintain security of the records and the system.
Open consumer accounts and files
Maintains consumer files movement record
Ensure that consumer's files are properly maintained and secured.
Supervises registry staff.
Make sure bills are checked.

Requirements for Appointment
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSCMean Grade C­ (Minus) or its equivalent qualification;
Certificate in journalism and mass communication or its equivalent lasting not less than six (6) months from a recognized institution;
A diploma in journalism & mass communication or its equivalent and a certificate in customer service will be an added advantage.
