Responsibilities
MS Graph SDK Ownership:?Lead the development and maintenance of MS Graph SDKs, ensuring they meet the needs of developers and align with industry best practices.
Subject Matter Expertise:?Develop deep expertise in MS Graph best practices, including security, throttling, etc. Serve as a go-to resource for internal teams and external developers.
Customer and Partner Engagement:?Work with customers and partners to gather diverse and inclusive feedback, understand their pain points, and improve their experiences with our SDKs and tools.
Collaboration with Partner Teams:?Work side-by-side with our partner teams in data and services platform, API producers and API Architects to garner support for features and ensure we are building the best overall experience with our APIs, Tools and SDKs.
Collaboration with Engineering:?Partner with engineering teams to prioritize work, define product requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:?Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for MS Graph SDKs, aligning with overall business goals and developer needs.
Advocacy and Evangelism:?Advocate for developers' needs within the organization and evangelize MS Graph SDKs and tools internally and externally.
Metrics and Analysis:?Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of MS Graph SDKs and identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Learning:?Ensure comprehensive documentation and learning materials including samples are available to help developers effectively use MS Graph SDKs and tools working with our content management team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a developer-focused role.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for developer experience and a deep understanding of developer needs.
Experience with Microsoft Graph or similar APIs.
