The trainer/facilitator will develop and deliver outstanding training and workshop activities that engage clients, meet their learning objectives, and contribute to the program's overall performance and targets. Additionally, the trainer/facilitator will regularly review their workshop practices to maximize the client's participation, satisfaction, and success.

002_ Consultant Trainer in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Related Courses
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training materials for OSH courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and requirements.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, using real-world examples to enhance understanding of OSH principles.
Assess participants' progress and provide feedback to help them meet learning objectives.
Stay current with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in occupational safety and health.
Conduct OSH audits and share practical insights on implementing safety measures.
Support marketing efforts by participating in webinars, writing blogs, and contributing to promotional materials.
Minimum Qualifications and Professional Experience
A degree in Science, Engineering, or Medicine, with at least a Postgraduate Diploma in OSH or a Diploma in NEBOSH; OR
A first degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
A minimum of five years of proven practical experience in the field of OSH.
Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or presenter is preferred.
Proficient in conducting OSH audits and demonstrating knowledge of OSH regulations.
Proven basic computer skills.
Familiarity with adult learning styles and strategies.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Polished professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to complete the full training cycle, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training.
Adaptability and reliability, with a proactive work style and attention to detail.
Ability to keep up with new technology and apply it effectively in training sessions.
