Main Duties & Responsibilities:Programme ImplementationParticipate in the design and review of the Program implementation strategies to ensure that there is accountability and efficiency.Support the process of mapping and selecting the school feeding beneficiaries.Support the development and review of the relevant policies and procedures to guide the School Feeding Program.Support in the organization of stakeholders' meetings.Collect and organize information related to the school feeding programme, including enrolment, school contacts.Oversee the implementation of sustainability projects within the assigned regionsReporting, Monitoring, and EvaluationParticipate in writing activity, incident, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to inform the progress of the implementationMaintain beneficiaries' database through filing, data entry, and updating .Conduct regular school monitoring visits to ensure implementation is on course, including timely food deliveries, food quality assurance, proper food storage and utilization by schools, among others..Participate in documentation of Program Change/Impact storiesConsistently provide updates on the available platforms concerning the implementation of the school feeding programme.Participate in data collection activities for needs assessments, baselines, and impact assessments both at school and community levelsStakeholder and Community EngagementSupport in the management and engagement of stakeholders at the school, and community levels.Ensure all program participants are familiar with the school feeding programme program policies and procedures.Work with and support the management to nurture strong relationships with schools, and community level stakeholdersActively participate in various stakeholders' related coordination meetings/forums as assignedAccountability and code of conductAdhering to the organization's code of conductSupporting and promoting the standards outlined in the code of conductPromote meaningful community engagement and consultationsPromote child safeguarding and child protection principles at all timesJob Specification:Education, Qualifications & Experience RequiredUniversity Diploma or Degree in an appropriate field.At least two years of experience in a related field with progressively responsible experience in similar roles.Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license.Must be willing and able to ride a motorcycle as a way of accessing project sites.Ability to pay attention to detail.Comfortable utilizing different data collection and reporting systems e.g. Kobo, ODK, Google Forms, Excel/Sheets, etcAbility to speak Maa language will be an added advantage.
