Strong project/programme management skills, as demonstrated by previous roles, especially where cross-functional co-ordination was required (i.e., across commercial, marketing, tech, and product teams). What does the job involve Track and manage all live projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and coordination across cross-functional teams Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations, managing communication flows across department heads, planning and leading meetings, preparing analysis for decision-making, and supporting the CEO's agenda Work alongside the CEO to ideate, and think about new projects, acting in the capacity of a 'strategic problem solver' Qualifications Ideally 2-3+ years experience as a management consultant at e.g., McKinsey & Company, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG, Open Capital… Prior experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, Engagement Manager a must have Experience in B2B fintech and/or interest in our banking-as-a-service products Proficiency in strategy and operational topics; commercial experience or passion for commercial and B2B sales/partnerships and exposure to product and engineering is appreciated Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including significant travel with the CEO and independently to meet clients and partners in multiple locations, ideally in the United Arab Emirates, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, and other markets.
