Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support for the project, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
Draft the financial and program reporting, while Monitoring and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Assist with project documentation, including preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Track related activities across work packages and liaise with partner organizations to ensure alignment with KeNIA work package.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Maintain all project and facilitate communication between the network's governance bodies and members.
Person Specifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
Experience:At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally within donor-funded or international development projects.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and office tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to track project progress, manage risk, and support problem-solving.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage.
