Scope of Work
Search is implementing a project funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Search would like to engage an audit firm to perform annual audit of the 8-year project 'Grassroots to Global: Empowering Communities in Peacebuilding Policy' Funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Year 1 Budget is EUR2.094.717, total 8 years budget is EUR 25.000.000.
Countries of implementation: Belgium, DR. Congo, Palestine, Niger and Afghanistan (including more than 15 project partners).
Duration: January 2024 till December 2031.
The auditing firm will be hired for 3 years, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
Deliverables
The audit reports should be submitted annually by 31 May of the following years for each year.

Eligibility Criteria
The audit firm should meet the following criteria:
Be registered with the relevant Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its partners must hold current practicing certificates.
Demonstrate capacity, capability and experience required to undertake the audit (including CVs for the partners, manager and key staff proposed for the audit team).
Demonstrate experience with International NGOs.
Explain audit methodology and approach.
Provide references for similar audits performed within the last three years.
Application and Selection Procedure
The selection committee formed by senior Search staff will assess the proposals based on the criteria.
