On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent , skilled, and experienced Amharic Customer Service Executive to work in Nairobi-Kenya.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver outstanding client service Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction Identify and assess customers' needs  Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat, or tickets Q UALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: You do not need to have experience in a similar role but You should be fluent in  Amharic  and have excellent communication skills.
