Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate must have a Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction, engineering, or logistics industry.Responsibilities: Conduct accurate cost estimates for container acquisition, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine cost implications.Monitor project costs and expenses throughout the project lifecycle.Carry out quantity surveying tasks, including measurement of quantities, preparation of bills of quantities, and cost analysis.Ensure precise documentation and records of all surveying activities.Assist in the development and management of project budgets.Prepare regular budget reports and financial forecasts.Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and specifications.Conduct quality inspections and audits as needed.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, procurement guidelines, and legal requirements. Qualifications Relevant bachelor's degree.Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction, engineering, or logistics industry.Strong knowledge of quantity surveying techniques, cost estimation, and procurement processes.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and project management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
