Reach Stacker Mechanic At Interactive Resource Management Ltd

Your Tasks and Responsibilities;
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on reach stackers and other related heavy equipment.
Inspect, test and adjust equipment to achieve maximum performance.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Plan for preventing maintenance of all machineries to confirm to the highest performance.
Inspect and service company equipment to have them in good condition.
Work collaboratively with the operations team to schedule repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
Carry out effective diagnosis and identify faulty parts and problems as reported by the
operators and ensure prompt rectification to restore the preferred mechanical standards.
Prepare and follow a schedule for oil changes and lubrication of each equipment and machinery.
Removing, inspecting, overhauling, cleaning and installing the various machinery parts and equipment with a view of servicing, repairing and maintaining the same.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Diploma in mechanics, heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge or hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
At least 5 years' experience as a mechanic, preferably with reach stackers or similar heavy equipment
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
