Designs and delivers reporting capability on own within small projects, or as part of a wider Mace reporting team in larger projects.
Ensures that reports are run in alignment with the required drumbeat.
Creates content in PDMS and updates as required.
Supports / mentors Assistant Reporting Managers.
Delivers client requirements to time and quality.
Provides advice and guidance regarding reporting processes and tools to wider Mace team / clients.
Understands and embodies safe working practices in offices and on site.
Technical professional with reporting and performance management experience.
General understanding of all aspects of Project Controls, how they complement each other & wider project delivery.
Understanding of Mace Way (control centre) processes & recommended tools.
Working knowledge of current methodologies & tools related to managing projects.
Able to lead negotiations with third parties as reporting / performance management specialist.
Able to respond to client / stakeholder requests effectively & sensitively.
Excellent attention to detail & able to validate & check data and reports, recording & reports produced, providing basic commentary & analysis.
Manages others – including delegating, coordinating, appraising, coaching, and developing / mentoring employees with less experience.
Persuades and influences clients, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
Works with others to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
