Responsibilities
Customer Experience Ensure that every customer enjoys a high quality dining experience with excellent service
Operations Management Oversee day to day operations, including inventory, ordering and scheduling
Financial Management Monitor budgets, control costs and work towards achieving sales targets
Quality Control Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food quality in line with health and safety regulations
Marketing and Promotion Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and customer engagement
Problem Solving Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Team Leadership Train and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements
Diploma in culinary arts, or a similar qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
Commitment to food safety anf hygiene standards
Flexibility to work in the evening, on weekends and holidays as needed
