Retail Intern At Eco Create & Innovate - Ecandi

As a Retail Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic retail environment while contributing to ECANDI's mission of sustainability. You will work closely with our retail team to assist with day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, and gain valuable insights into the retail industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including setting up displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, helping them find products and providing product information and recommendations
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and replenishing inventory as needed
Learn about our eco-friendly products and services and become knowledgeable about their features, benefits, and sustainability credentials
Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating signage and displays to highlight featured products and promotions
Provide feedback and ideas for improving store operations and customer experience

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED
Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
