Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the revenue accounting team.
Support the accurate recording of revenue transactions in compliance with the county policies.
Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
Assist in monitoring key revenue metrics and preparing analysis for management.
Support revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
Assist with internal and external audit requests related to revenue.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the revenue accounting team as needed.

Requirements for Appointment
Diploma in accounting, finance, Business Management or related field. CPA or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in revenue accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of revenue collection principles
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex revenue transactions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Experience in a public accounting firm or technology industry is a plus.
