Ensure all managers and staff are well-versed in the company's products, platforms, promotional strategies, and commission structures.
Uphold integrity in all business operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and values.
Monitor the functionality of equipment and tools at all outlets and ensure the display of all required licenses and certifications.
Assess sales performance across all outlets, with a focus on planning visits and interventions for underperforming locations.
Identify and recommend viable business locations for new outlets, securing management approval where necessary.
Report cases of underperformance to management, with recommendations for solutions such as refresher training or performance improvement plans.
