Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on sales efforts to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will lead the company's marketing initiatives and be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. You will play a pivotal role in meeting the company's sales targets by promoting and selling the company's Processed Agricultural products nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, including email, and social media
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Identify and prospect new sales leads.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and prospects.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies.
Prepare sales contracts, reports, and forecasts.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literate.
