About the Role Our dynamic sales team is at the heart of delivering exceptional service and connecting customers to the financial products they need.
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Call Centre Agent to join our growing team and help drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Fin Africa's credit and financial products.
Handle inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about products and guiding clients through the application process.
Build rapport with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any post-sales concerns.
Accurately capture customer information in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and enhance the customer experience.
Stay informed about Fin Africa's products, services, and market trends to effectively address customer queries.
Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, sales, or customer service role.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
