Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the security industry. The ideal candidate will focus on marketing and selling guarding services to potential clients who require security personnel. This role is for someone who understands the dynamics of security services and has a strong network within industries that rely on professional guarding services.
Minimum Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients who require guarding services, focusing on industries such as real estate, corporate offices, retail, and events management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals for the provision of security personnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market conditions to management.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a security firm, specifically in marketing and sales of guarding services.
Proven track record in securing new business and maintaining client relationships within the security industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong understanding of security solutions and the needs of clients requiring guarding services.
