Job Overview We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, you should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales. Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with quotations Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends Represent the hotel at trade exhibitions and events Identify new markets and business opportunities Sign up for new contracts every month Achieve all sales targets per month Record sales and send copies to the sales office Knowledge of the travel industry, current market trends and economic factors Working closely with the Marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints Requirements, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business-related course Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS & S&M. 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in hotel sales or other hospitality industries Can speak and write with excellent command of the English language including proper spelling and grammar Creating and delivering convincing arguments to an executive audience Can close deals Knows the principal competition for each market segment and takes advantage of the hotel's strengths against each competitor Able to accurately forecast occupancy changes based on changing market conditions Able to assist with making departmental budgets/ plans Ability to know the hotel's demand segments, and sources of business for each, and balance market segments according to supply and demand Ability to prioritize workload; work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines Ability to achieve all revenue targets & objectives in line with the hotel Business Plan Powered by JazzHR
