Duties and responsibilities 1. Telesales
2. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
3. Obtaining deposit and balance payments from clients
4. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
5. Answering client's questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
6. Preparing monthly and weekly report
7. Take care of customer complaints quickly and efficiently
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
