Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses both outdoor sales expertise and a solid understanding of interior design concepts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience and a medium to high level of education.
Responsibilities: ? Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
? Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
? Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on product selection, design trends, and project specifications.
? Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
? Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
? Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
? Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Requirements: ? Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
? Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and trends.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
? Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
? Certification in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
