DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively promote and market the company's products to new and existing customers through direct selling and product demonstrations.
Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits to enhance sales.
Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, or feedback to enhance customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.
Gather customer feedback to improve products or tailor marketing strategies.
Maintain a structured schedule to ensure that all customers on the route are served efficiently.
Adapt routes based on road conditions, customer availability, or new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock movements, and customer orders.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
Provide timely reports on market trends, sales challenges, and customer insights.
Provide excellent customer service during and after sales to ensure customer retention.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Motorcycle Riding Skills – Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid license.
Good communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Familiar with basic technology, such as mobile apps and sales tracking tools.
