Our company, Tesla Power USA, is the authorized dealer for automotive batteries and lubricants under the Tesla Power USA brand in the UAE.#Automotive Sector # Solar Energy # Renewable EnergyThe Role You will be responsible for : Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations.Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively.Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency.Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 3 years experience within a Retail Operations or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Automotive, Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability /Manufacturing industry and Solar Industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of automotive sector, renewable energy sector & Solar Sector.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are a strong networker & relationship builder.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.What's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceWork alongside & learn from best in class talentFlexible working options
